Hope Painted Standing Nativity

This beautiful work of art was handcrafted by artisans at FMSC MarketPlace partner Anchored in Hope and makes a perfect addition to your Christmas décor.

Using a recycled 55-gallon oil drums, Haitian artists cut and flatten the oil drum. Then with chalk, the design is drawn onto the metal sheet. Using a hammer, chisel and various primitive tools, the shape is cut and the various decorative patterns are pounded into the metal, creating a unique piece of amazing art.

FMSC sends millions of meals to children in Haiti each year and this nativity is a wonderful reminder that as long as we continue to work together for a greater good, there is HOPE!
